The Role

We are seeking an up-and-coming sales leader to support us in the growth of our business. You should be comfortable and confident in pursuing opportunities that may be simple or complex, quick or longer sales cycle. Your mission will be the acquisition of new customers. You’ll be expected to build productive partner relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to identify relevant opportunities, source leads and then run a full professional services sales cycle. You should be able to lead discovery cycles with prospects; collaborate with Hunley Consultants and estimators to define client business requirements and develop scopes of work. 

We expect you to partner with Delivery teams in thinking through upsell opportunities for clients and proactively pursuing those opportunities resulting in add-on work & revenue. The goal is to achieve a minimum of $2MM in closed Sales in Year 1. 

 

Preferred Skills and Education

To be successful, the right candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling professional services in the Salesforce ecosystem, either for an SI or ISV Partner They will be a fast learner; able to absorb and understand processes unique to specific industries and place them in appropriate context. Proven consultative solution-selling skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement will serve you well.
