Position: Managed Services Consultant

This position is part of our rapidly-growing Managed Services team offering exceptional ongoing, long-term support to our clients.



  • As the key point-of-contact or outsourced Salesforce Administrator for one or more existing clients, you may be responsible for the following, depending on the client’s needs, though you will be supported by other resources on more complex requests:
    • Project management and coordination - Requests and Project Prioritization
    • Instance configuration tasks, including:
      • Automation processes including validation rules, workflows, formulas, approval processes, process builder, and flows.
      • Org-wide Troubleshooting
      • User and Set-up management
      • Security permissions and access
      • Object and field creation and modification
      • Contact, Account, Opportunity, Lead, and Custom Object Best-Practice management
      • Reporting and dashboards
      • Other configuration tasks: Experience with Sales and Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Maps, Pardot, Conga, Einstein Analytics, Application installation and management
    • Data management - data review, manipulation (imports/exports/transformation), data quality management. Experience with data quality tools such as Validity DemandTools, Ringlead, CloudDingo, etc. a plus
    • Develop and deliver clear client training
    • Supporting and prioritizing client requests across multiple client accounts



  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience working as either an internal Salesforce administrator, junior consultant with a Salesforce Partner, or a combination of both
  • Minimum 4-6 years business experience
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud or other certifications a plus
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture
  • You should have contributed significantly to a new instance Salesforce implementation at least once, or have a participated in number of large-scale projects in existing Salesforce instances.
  • Bachelors degree required; an advanced degree is a plus
  • At least one year of prior remote work experience
  • Central or Eastern Time zones are highly preferred


Required Skills:

  • Technical aptitude for Salesforce Administration. Broad experience covering Sales and Service clouds, automation, user and set-up management, permissions and security, reporting and dashboards, and customization of platform.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and can proactively manage clients. Attention to detail for internal and external tasks.
  • Continual learner committed to developing technical skills. Self-awareness to know when to raise hand and ask questions.
  • Strong communication skills; able to speak to business users in “layman’s language”, offers exceptional, proactive client relationship management.
  • (Politely) critical thinker – spots gaps, challenges assumptions, pushes back against bad ideas, offers best-practices alternatives.
  • High threshold for quality; turns in a quality product; able to create and follow solid test plans.
  • Candidates must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet. Comfortable doing video conferencing on a regular basis.
