Aaron Ayer is Partner and Practice Lead for Building Products & Manufacturing. Aaron founded Hunley after his second chief marketing role for a building materials company. A Navy submarine officer and industrial engineer by early-career experience, he entered the world of construction with a position leading operations for a commercial subcontracting business, then ran marketing for an HVAC products manufacturer and a waterproofing products firm. A LEED AP and licensed PE, Aaron’s command of the world of building materials and manufacturing is extensive.
Penny Hammond is Partner and Practice Lead for AEC. Her experience in this area started with a degree in architecture and construction management, followed by roles in an architectural firm (design and project management), an international construction manager (project management, design management, preconstruction), and a commercial property developer. Working with clients across the AEC spectrum, she provides best practice advice and a vision for growth and productivity.
Penny joined The Hunley Group in 2011. She has worked in and developed entrepreneurial, mid-size, and large businesses in the USA and UK, in a variety of roles from operations to business development to marketing.
Eric Goldgeier joined The Hunley Group in 2022 as Vice President of Delivery, where he leads our Professional Services & Managed Services teams to provide trusted & high-impact solutions for our customers. Before joining The Hunley Group, Eric served as VP of Services at Conga, where he established and led the Conga professional services team through rapid growth and acquisition by Apttus in 2020. Before joining Conga, Eric held a senior leadership position at a Salesforce implementation partner. Eric has a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management & Leadership from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo.
Joe Vela began working with The Hunley Group in 2011. He’s a veteran of the SaaS market; he’s worked with Salesforce.com almost since it emerged. Joe spent the first five years of his career working with established software companies. In the past fifteen years, he has specialized in helping growing companies build technology teams, create processes, and deliver software solutions.
Mike Granatelli began working at The Hunley Group in April 2021. He has been recruiting Salesforce professionals since 2017. Prior to The Hunley Group, he led People Operations and Talent Acquisition for Code Zero during its fastest growth period and through acquisition by ATG, Cognizant. Mike works to optimize candidate and employee experience through comprehensive processes, tools, and management training. He is an active member of the Salesforce ecosystem, having presented to and hosted many Trailblazer Community Groups, attended local Dreamin events, World Tours, and Dreamforce.
Abby Hastings began working at The Hunley Group in August 2020. Abby’s Salesforce experience started about 6 years ago as a Director of Operations at 2 software companies, where she implemented and managed the cross-functional instances of Salesforce and supporting processes with a focus on a seamless customer experience from lead to Sales and implementation to support. Prior to that, Abby spent 10 years working with Oracle Service Cloud, originally as RightNow Technologies, managing Public Sector, and Higher Ed implementation projects before scoping projects as a Solution Architect and as the technical liaison during the sales process as a Solution Consultant.
Monique MacKinnon joined The Hunley Group in 2020, bringing her crossover experience in Salesforce, Architecture, Sustainability, and Leadership to the Managed Services team. Monique is a classically-trained Architect holding a BArch degree, with experience spanning the Architecture and Sustainability industries. She has served in leadership positions as President of a global Alumni Association Board and University Board of Trustees and is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD&C), and a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Patrick Gnehm joined the Hunley Group in 2021. He has been working with Salesforce since 2014 in mostly development-related roles. He specializes in delivering prime Salesforce solutions and developing the collaborative teams behind them. His focus is on fostering and growing teams to lead them to their full potential. Prior to Hunley, he worked for a leading medical device manufacturer (Arthrex) and for 15 years for UKG (formerly Ultimate Software) in South Florida, a successful SAAS HR-Software company.
