Position: Spec Success Lead Generation Associate (Part-time)

We are seeking a part-time SpecSuccess Lead Generation Associate to join our Lead Generation team. The Lead Gen Associate will analyze construction project plans (blueprints) and specifications in order to pre-qualify opportunities for our Building Product Manufacturer clients, and perform related data verification and sync tasks across multiple systems and platforms. Attention to detail, ability to work independently, commitment to deliver high-quality support is critical.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the SpecSuccess Manager, understand and define qualification criteria for client leads

  • Communicate with client Sales Teams, plus Architects & Engineers, to confirm details on construction project opportunities

  • Review and identify client product placement in documentation

  • Prepare information package for referrals and substitution requests

  • Update specification and substitution request-related information in Salesforce

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Desire to learn and develop into new role

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and follow business process

  • Ability to meet deadlines, evaluate and prioritize tasks

  • Organization skills and Attention to detail is a must

  • Experience working with computer programs and databases

  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Dodge Construction or Construct Connect databases a plus

  • Previous remote work experience a plus

 

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office, Outlook

  • Adobe Acrobat

  • Basic computer skills – document creation/highlighting, file upload

  • Professional communication skills - telephone and email

  • Knowledge of the construction industry a plus, but not required
